The location of this hotel is extremely convenient for those attending the Canton Fair, as it is very close to the exhibition grounds and offers easy access to the trade fair. the rooms are clean and the bathrooms are modern, ensuring a comfortable stay. the staff, although limited in English, make an effort to assist guests. the hotel provides fast internet, a great shower, and a nice flat-screen TV for entertainment.
There are limited dining options nearby, which may be inconvenient for a variety of choices for meals.

All in all really pleasant stay. A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like Nadaman that was only 20 minutes' walk away...

Right across the road from Pazhou complex, 3 minutes walk to the MTR which is easy to use, clean and comfortable hotel, great value for money and very good for those who are going to any exhibition at the trade show.
The only downfall is this area is still fairly commercial so if you want the Chinese atmosphere you need to catch the MTR a few stops to places with more shops and eateries.

It is only 10 mins walk to the Canton Fair and Exhibition Halls. The Shang Ri La hotel is also 10 minutes walk away which is good for decent food. Not much else around though.
check in was slow but this is typical of most chinese check in service. Had to allow extra time for the ligts as there are only 2 serving around 30 floors.

I booked two rooms for company of four - me and my friends. We arrived to the hotel on time, where we were told that they have only one room available. They confirmed we had booking for two rooms, but offered us just one. And the one they gave to us was with single bed, though we booked rooms specifically with two beds. It's now apparent to me - these guys overbooked hotel. They offered another room, which was slightly bigger, but for which we had to pay double. So may be they just wanted us to sell a more expensive room. No compensation was offered whatsoever. Wasted us two hours in the hotel's lobby. Terrible experience of a hotel service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient for me as I was attending a fair at the Pazhou Complex. It was just a short 7-8 minute walk away, making it the perfect choice. The affordability of the hotel was also a pleasant surprise. The food at the restaurant on the ground floor behind the lobby was absolutely excellent. Despite having a limited menu, the taste was awesome and the restaurant staff were very courteous. The rooms were also very comfortable, making it ideal for business travelers like myself. I will definitely be returning.
Nothing bad to say.

The Hotel is new and very international look,( design, room, cleaness). For total it's comfortable. And near Canton fair can walk which good for one who aim only to work or visit at this Fair.
Location. Beside Canton Fair, there is nothing around. Only 2 big buildings which have only Furniture. It's really nothing even one convenience store, so surprise no 7-eleven or any 24 hours store or Department store, or any local supermarket. That make it's not convenience for people who also want to have some trip and leisure time beside working and visiting Canton fair.

I was pleasantly surprised by this luxurious hotel! The room was both clean and comfortable, providing the perfect level of comfort after a long day. The location was ideal for attending trade shows, just a short walk away from the exhibition center. The hotel staff were also very attentive and made my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the delicious food served in the restaurant on the ground floor. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to everyone!
This hotel is simply amazing and I would recommend it to everyone!

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip, as it was within walking distance to major attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the surrounding area.
The breakfast served in the hotel wasn't as varied as we expected, but it was still decent. the elevator wait time during peak hours was a little long, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.

Just a few minutes' walk to Guangzhou's metro station (which is no where near central Guangzhou).
The management software. The hotel room, facility, deco and design is actually not that bad. But the staff were apparently not well trained to what one would expect in a good hotel. When we first got into the room the bathroom had a strong stench of urin! We used the shower to hose it all over and that got rid of that. The hotel frontdesk staff also were not entirely on top of what they do.

It is very bad hotel. The personnel in it steals. The manager does not want and does not solve the arisen problems. As I saw a huge rat in a building and have been surprised, how easy the personnel reacted to it. I do not recommend this hotel for residing.

Great location for business travelers attending events nearby, easy access to the subway station, and competitive room rates.
The hotel had a basic breakfast menu, poor internet connection, and no bell services. The rooms were in mediocre condition with several maintenance issues that were not addressed by the staff during my stay.

Walking distance to Pazhou exhibición hall, clean room. Acceptable western options for breakfast.
No restaurants or dinning option around, staff not so polite. Some luck of mantainance in the rooms, few elevetors.
